In April, KBPR celebrated its 13^th birthday.  I’m not sure what I really imagined when I started KBPR… the start of all great business plans!  In fact, even ‘starting’ KBPR is somewhat misleading.  I began as a freelance consultant, just wanting to do things a bit differently - work hard, make a difference.  To all intents and purposes that hasn’t changed in the slightest and it’s how we operate as a team to this day. 

If someone could have told me what the 13 years would look like in advance I might have run for the hills.  Nothing can quite prepare you for the challenges of running a business, and a family, and chuck in a global pandemic.  I’ve been very fortunate to work with great great people – both clients and staff  - and as we enter our 14^th year I’m nothing but grateful.  The world has shifted in more ways than one – our word cloud below shows just how diverse our industry has become. These are just a handful of the things our clients have been talking about this quarter.

For Q2 we are so looking forward to getting out and about again - doors are opening and we plan to be walking through them so do look out for us at conferences, awards, and events and say hello.
