Fidelity Workplace Consulting, created to support
multinationals organisations in the design and management of leading international
employee benefits programmes, today announces the appointment of two new senior
consultants, Andrés Sanabria Araya and Julian Larah, into its international benefits
practice.
Andrés joins Fidelity with over eight years of experience supporting multinational
companies in a variety of industries. Most recently, Andrés managed international
benefits for a Fortune 100 biopharmaceutical company supporting strategy and design of
global and local programmes across 74 countries. His experience extends to the provider
side (having worked for an international emergency assistance organisation) and
consulting (where he worked prior to his last appointment). He will be based in Westlake,
Texas.
Julian is a qualified actuary and joins with over 15 years of international consulting
experience with a large consultancy firm. His expertise extends across a multitude of
industries and total rewards areas. He will be based in Irvine, California.
