PTL, the leading independent trustee and governance services provider, has appointed
Dawn Harris as its Chief Operating Officer, the first role of its kind for PTL.
Richard Butcher, Managing Director at PTL, said: “The demand for professional
trustees is increasing, as are the demands placed on professional trustee firms, and PTL is no exception. We have seen interest in our business continue to grow exponentially over the last 12 months and we finished the last financial year with more record-breaking results following our MBO in May 2017.
“Our growth plans are extremely ambitious and so it’s prudent to have a dedicated
resource solely focused on the operations of our business. We want our senior team free
to focus on what they are truly excellent at – running pension schemes and providing our clients with high quality, pragmatic support. “We look forward to Dawn’s day-to-day contribution, as well as her input into our longerterm strategy, which will go a long way to further raising the quality of what we do for
clients.”

With over 20 years in finance, Dawn joins PTL from Oury Clark (Accountants & Solicitors) where she was Director of Finance. She has an extensive track record of working with
CEOs in a wide variety of fast-moving businesses and excellent experience in operations
and strategic planning. Dawn is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants.
