Quantum Advisory, the leading independent financial services consultancy, today announced the appointment of Paul Francis as Principal Investment Consultant within the firm’s investment advisory practice. Paul will be based in the London office.

His background as both an investment consultant and fiduciary manager means he brings a thorough understanding of the needs of pension funds and the experience to help them identify and implement investment solutions that best suit their specific goals. Paul will advise clients on investment governance, strategy and fund selection, as well as providing input into the continuing development of our own investment proposition.”

In his 20 years’ experience in the investment industry, Paul has advised a wide range of pension funds, including some of the largest UK schemes. Paul has held senior positions at Broadstone, Kempen, JLT and Willis Towers Watson, and helped pioneer the use of investment platforms by UK pension funds. He will be based in Quantum’s London office.
Paul holds an MSc in Mathematics, is a Chartered Member of the CISI, and holds an MBA from Judge Business School, Cambridge, with a distinction for research into investment governance.
