Trafalgar House, a specialist third-party pensions administrator, today has announced its achievement of an exception-free AAF 01/20 audit for the third consecutive year, underlining the consistency and strength of its control environment.
The audit, independently conducted by RSM UK in accordance with the ICAEW AAF 01/20 framework, provides assurance over a service organisation’s internal controls, data security and operational processes. Covering a full 12-month reporting period, the report confirms the effective operation of Trafalgar House’s internal controls, data protection measures and administration procedures, with no exceptions identified.
Claire Power, Risk & Compliance Manager at Trafalgar House said: “Securing an exception-free AAF 01/20 report for the third year in a row is a strong endorsement of how we run the business day to day. It’s not the result of a once-a-year exercise, but of controls and disciplines embedded across all our operations and applied consistently. This demonstrates the care and commitment our teams take to get the detail right and gives our clients confidence that their schemes are supported by a highly robust, well-governed administrator. It’s also a reflection of the culture we’ve built around control and accountability, and that approach underpins everything we do”
