ZEDRA, an award-winning provider of pension and incentive services, today announced that Payam Kazemian, who has been with the firm since 2021, will lead its risk transfer capability as Head of Risk Transfer, further strengthening its offering in response to growing demand for specialist advice.
The appointment reflects the changing dynamics of the risk transfer market, with increasing insurer capacity, a broader range of solutions and growing demand from trustees and sponsors for specialist advice and governance support when considering complex de-risking decisions.
