The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive part-time Administrator to support the team across a range of client and operational activities.

This is a varied role offering exposure to both PR and marketing, as well as supporting KBPR’s day-to-day operations. It would suit someone looking for flexible, part-time work while still being involved in interesting, fast-paced projects within a busy agency environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Previous administrative experience (ideally within a PR, marketing or professional services environment) is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work to deadlines and cope positively with time pressure
  • Prepared to roll up their sleeves as and when necessary

Tasks will include:

  • Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, diary management and preparation of materials
  • Liaising with suppliers and external partners
  • Collating press coverage and maintaining reporting documents
  • Updating and managing media/press lists
  • Supporting research tasks across PR and marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with general administrative and operational support as required
  • Occasional researching, proofreading, and issuing copy – including press releases, articles and blogs
  • Identifying relevant press stories and journalist interests for clients
  • Analysing and evaluating media coverage and preparing client reports

What we offer

  • Flexible working hours (set weekly hours with flexibility on days/times)
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to gain experience across PR and marketing activity
  • A varied and engaging role
  • Annual leave and pensions scheme (depending on status selected)
